Current Research Initiatives

CXSs core technologies are based on one and two dimensional nanomaterials, grown by chemical vapour deposition, that are some 10,000 times smaller than a human hair, many of which are carbon based and are as small as a single-atom thick. Using novel synthesis techniques to grown nanomaterials, coupled with advanced photolithography, CXS nanoengineers nanowire electron source with integrated two-dimensional material gate electrodes.
